Refund policy
You see a free demo before you pay, so most questions are settled before you book.
Digital invitations and websites
If we cannot deliver what you booked, or you are not happy with the result and we cannot put it right, we will refund the amount you paid for that item. Message us within 7 days of booking.
Printed cards and cake boxes
Printing starts only after you approve the proof, so approved items cannot be cancelled or refunded. If an item arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof, we will reprint it or refund it.
Extra guest links
Extra guest links are added to your invitation straight away and are not refundable once added.
How to ask
Message us on WhatsApp at +94 77 289 7113 with your names and event date. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with.
