The simple rules for ordering from Ivitone.
What you are buying
A digital invitation, wedding website, printed cards or cake boxes, as described in the package you book. Prices are shown on our website in Sri Lankan rupees and may change. The price you are quoted when you book is the price you pay.
Demos and samples
A demo or sample is free and has no obligation. It is a preview made for you and may not be reused or published by anyone else.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, names and wording you send us, and that your guests' details are shared with their knowledge. You keep ownership of your content.
Changes and approval
You can change details in your invitation yourself at any time. For printed items, we send a proof and print only after you approve it.
Payment
You pay when you book. We start work once payment is confirmed.
Availability
We aim to keep your invitation online until your event has passed. We are not liable for loss caused by things outside our control, such as network or WhatsApp outages.
